So many great tips in this book that really work! It's nice having the Men's and Women's meal plans separately with achievable calories per day. The seven stages are not easy and thats why I see the results and highly recommend this diet to anyone needing to get healthy again. Dropped 10 pounds the first week!!!

Great approach. I've tried dieting for years but this makes you rethink the whole process. Just starting the Seven Stages. Lots of great help to be successful. Wonderful recipes, menu planning and I thought the exercise would be a problem. I just need to make time for 30 minutes of walking which isn't difficult. I'm on my way to a new me. Lost 12 pounds in the first 4 weeks!!
